Workday has announced its acquisition of Paradox, an AI-driven candidate experience platform, aiming to enhance its talent acquisition capabilities. Paradox’s technology streamlines the job application process, particularly beneficial for industries facing high demand for frontline workers. This acquisition will integrate Paradox’s conversational AI, creating a more efficient and engaging recruitment experience for potential candidates. Workday’s upgraded suite will facilitate better identification, recruiting, and onboarding of both frontline and corporate personnel across various employment types, including contingent roles. The deal, which remains undisclosed financially, is expected to close by October 31, 2025, pending regulatory approvals. Paradox claims to have facilitated over 189 million candidate interactions, achieving over 70% conversion rates and a reduced time-to-hire of just 3.5 days.
