Zoho recently launched a comprehensive AI stack in Bengaluru, featuring its proprietary Zia LLM—an advanced large language model designed to serve business needs while prioritizing data privacy and governance. The introduction includes automatic speech recognition (ASR) models for English and Hindi, a no-code platform called Zia Agent Studio, and a model context protocol (MCP) server. Zoho unveiled over 25 ready-to-deploy Zia Agents, specifically tailored for Indian customers, reflecting a 32% growth in India for 2024. The Zia LLM offers three models, with parameters ranging from 1.3 billion to 7 billion, optimized for diverse applications like data extraction and code generation. Built using NVIDIA’s AI infrastructure, Zoho is set to enhance functionalities further by adding more languages and a reasoning language model (RLM). The revamped Zia Agent Studio allows for prompt-based access and user-friendly modifications, ensuring a human-AI co-creation process. Zoho aims to empower businesses with efficient AI solutions.
