The central feature, the AEP Agent Orchestrator, utilizes decision science to interpret user intent and trigger appropriate actions, emphasizing a ‘human-in-the-loop’ approach for workflow refinement. Key agents include Audience, Journey, Experimentation, Data Insights, Site Optimization, and Product Support agents, all designed to enhance marketing and analytics roles without replacing them. Adobe also plans to introduce the Experience Platform Agent Composer for customizable configurations. Partnerships with firms like Google Cloud and PwC will enhance multi-agent collaboration across industries. Over 70% of Adobe Experience Platform customers, including The Hershey Company and Lenovo, are already leveraging these innovations, showcasing a shift towards personalized, data-driven customer experiences.
