Alongside these avatars, the company is launching AI productivity tools like AI Docs, AI Slides, and AI Sheets, enabling automated document creation from meeting transcripts. The upgraded AI Companion 3.0 will now be accessible on desktop, with significant user growth reported. Zoom’s employee communication platform, Workvivo, will feature an integrated AI assistant that connects with tools like Slack and Salesforce. Additionally, a new AI agent builder will enable users to create custom agents easily, while developers gain access to advanced APIs for speech recognition and more. Zoom aims for a unified design experience across all applications to simplify access to these AI tools.
