This enhanced service merges account support, technical advisory, and access to HPE software platforms, providing customers with a dedicated service delivery team, including a Service Experience Manager and a Technical Advisor. This initiative addresses the challenges IT departments face in managing AI projects and integrating legacy systems with modern technology. Key findings from HPE’s report indicate a pressing need for a holistic AI strategy, with over half of respondents facing hurdles in data management. The updated service offers improved tools, such as HPE OpsRamp and Compute Ops Management, aimed at optimizing existing IT assets and simplifying operations. Targeting Singapore and Southeast Asia, HPE emphasizes how its proactive support enhances technology decision-making and accelerates AI adoption, enabling businesses to maximize their technology investments while navigating transitions in their IT landscape.
