This addition enhances customer communication for car retailers by offering an AI-driven solution that streamlines sales and service operations. AIME, designed to manage online inquiries typically processed through website forms or staff, operates around the clock, searching vehicle inventory, generating finance quotes, valuing part exchanges, capturing test-drive preferences, and scheduling appointments. This automation reduces delays in lead responses and optimizes sales team efforts by pre-screening high-intent leads. Keyloop’s CEO, Tom Kilroy, emphasized that this acquisition marks a key advancement in their AI strategy, enabling retailers to engage customers effectively while freeing up sales personnel to concentrate on building relationships. Early statistics from a dealer using AIME revealed a 14.5% web conversion rate increase and a 101% surge in sales, demonstrating the significant benefits of integrating AI into automotive retail.
